Last week, Hampshire Collegiate School (HCS) pupil, Lauren
Chamberlain, Year 11, and her mother, Gill travelled to the offices of SSNAP
(Support for the Sick Newborn and their Parents) at the John Radcliffe Hospital
in Oxford. The reason for the visit was to present a cheque for £5,116,59
raised by Lauren’s fundraising effort.
Inspectors spent four days at Hampshire Collegiate School, at Embley Park, last November and they have concluded that it provides good and sometimes excellent standards of education for its 557 pupils.
