Enhanced benefits for eligible schools

Many of our schools are located in challenging areas of deprivation where teachers can make a huge difference to the life chances of young people. We recognise these are tough roles and have a package of additional benefits to support you:

  • Relocation support – if you are required to relocate to take up one of these roles, you may be eligible for a generous relocation allowance of up to £8,000. This can help cover the costs associated with searching for and renting or buying a new home, making the whole process of joining us much smoother.
  • Health care package – for your first year with us, we’ll cover the cost of health cover provided through Benenden. This supports staff who are unwell and are worried about their health whilst having to wait under the NHS. This service includes both prompt diagnosis as well as treatment.
