We offer a range of professional development for staff at every stage of their career through United Learning, the Central London Teaching Schools Hub, and the Swindon & Wilshire Teaching Schools Hub.
United Teaching is an Ofsted rated ‘Outstanding’ teacher training programme with a strong presence in schools across England. Part of the United Learning group, our teacher training programme extends to over 100 primary, secondary and independent schools. Over the past decade, United Teaching has played a pivotal role in nurturing exceptional educators, empowering them to lead, inspire, and drive meaningful change in the classroom, ultimately bringing out the best in everyone.
The Early Career Framework (ECF) is designed to help teachers succeed at the start of their careers. It became statutory from September 2021, replacing the NQT process for induction.
The ECF programme consists of face-to-face training, virtual learning groups, webinars and weekly video tutorials, and has been tailored to fit with the demands of school life by providing online learning that can be undertaken at any time, in any place.
This Department for Education-funded programme aims to help educators develop expertise against the Teacher's Standards and has strong focus on improving wellbeing and job satisfaction for those new to the profession.

We also run the Early Headship Coaching Offer (EHCO)
