“I'm really pleased with my results. The teaching and self-study resources at CAST have been amazing and have helped me achieve my best. I'm looking forward to continuing my education at CAST Sixth Form in September, where I'll be studying Biology, Chemistry, Maths and Psychology A Levels. My ambition is to become a research neuroscientist, and I know that staying at CAST will help me achieve that dream. I also hope to study at Oxford University in the future, and CAST's excellent Oxbridge support gives me confidence that I can work towards that goal.”
Naomi added:
“I couldn't believe my results when I opened them. CAST has really helped me to excel, and all the hard work has finally paid off. The staff have been incredibly supportive throughout my time here, always encouraging me to aim higher and giving me the confidence to reach my full potential. I'm so grateful for everything they've done to help me succeed, and I'm excited about what comes next.”
With their GCSE results secured, a number of the school’s Year 11 cohort are preparing to join the CAST Sixth Form in September. They will be hoping to emulate the success of their Year 13 peers at A Level and T Level last week, with pupils set to embark on a range of competitive courses at some of the nation’s most prestigious universities, including the University of Cambridge and Imperial College London.
Danielle Pacey, Principal at CAST, said:
“We are incredibly proud of our Year 11 cohort for this very strong set of results which were hard earned and richly deserved. With these results under their belts, our Year 11s are able to enter the next stage of their education. Thank you to our excellent teams of staff for all that they do to set our students up for success, as well as to our parents for their enduring support. We look forward to the new academic year and welcoming our brilliant students, both existing and new, into school.”
