James Eldon, Principal at Manchester Academy, said:
“All of us at Manchester Academy send many congratulations to our class of 2024. We are thrilled that this cohort, who lost so much of their early years in secondary education to the pandemic, have bounced back with such energy and success.
“We are especially proud of those students who joined us during their secondary years – for many, the academy is the first school they have attended in the UK. To not only settle in a new country but achieve so well is a powerful and inspiring example of making Manchester magic!
“Thank you to our fantastic teams of staff and ever-supportive families for all they have done to help our young people achieved these results. Exam success is a team effort and I hope our entire school community takes some time to celebrate today.”
