These top-performers will all be joining the Central Academy Sixth Form in September. There, they will be looking to follow in the footsteps of the school’s departing Year 13 cohort who secured places at their first-choice universities for a range of high-quality courses, including Law and Mechanical Engineering.
Dan Markham, Principal at Central Academy, said:
“Congratulations to our Year 11 cohort on this year’s GCSE results, and in particular to our top-performers who secured the highest grade 9. We are delighted that so many of our students will be joining our Sixth Form in September to embark on their A Level or BTEC studies where I have no doubt they will continue to flourish. As always, thank you to our excellent teams of staff across the school for all they have done and continue to do for our young people.”
