A Northampton school has welcomed firms and education mentors to run careers workshops with year 10 and year 12 students as part of the school’s ‘Maximise Your Potential’ day.

On 5th October, Mrs Karen Betty and Enterprise Ambassadors from Northampton Academy were invited to launch The National Enterprise Challenge (TNEC) 2016 at the Houses of Parliament with Theo Paphitis and former Shadow Education Secretary, Tristram Hunt.
Fourth Oxbridge success for academy
Northampton Academy was very pleased to be asked to host a Science Symposium with Oxford International Biomedical Centre (OIBC).
A group of Northampton Academy students who came up with their own ideas to improve traffic flow in a busy area of Northampton have been presented with engineering awards.
Five Year 12 students from Northampton Academy were privileged to attend a one day mentoring programme at Debrett's, London. The students were selected to attend on their academic performance alongside an application process.
