Students celebrate achieving many of the top grades at GCSE
Students at Midhurst Rother College are today celebrating after receiving some very good A Level results and university offers.
Girls from primarily Years 8 and 9, who have shown skills at other sports such as netball and hockey, were invited to participate, so there was a wide range involved, right from those with little or knowledge to those who have been playing for many years.
Students and staff at Midhurst Rother College are celebrating after receiving today’s GCSE results, with many achieving the top grades under the new GCSE grading structure, consolidating and improving upon last year’s excellent performance. 71% of students achieved 4+ grades in English and maths; an increase on last year’s performance. 30% of entries in English were 7+ and nearly one in five in maths reached this benchmark.
Celebrations are taking place today at Midhurst Rother College, as students receive another strong set of A Level results and university offers.
Last week, a select group of 30 students from across United Learning’s academies arrived at the University of Birmingham for a three-day residential.
