Guildford High School Tops A Level League Table
Students and staff at Guildford High School are delighted with another strong set of A Level results in summer 2012.
For the seventh year in a row, over 80 percent of the grades awarded were A* or A, with 33 percent of grades being A*. All grades awarded were A*-C, with 98.6 percent being A*-B, and 14 girls will take up university places at Oxford or Cambridge.
Mrs Fiona Boulton, Headmistress, commented, “These excellent results reflect the hard work and enthusiasm of our pupils and the outstanding teaching of our staff. We wish all the girls great success for the future and hope they have a relaxing and restful end to their summer break.”
