Claire Coy, Principal at The Lowry Academy, said:
Well done to our Year 11 students picking up their GCSE results today. Achieving well in external examinations requires a lot of hard work and commitment and so it is fantastic to see our students’ efforts pay off. After seeing the first few years of their secondary education impacted by the pandemic, this cohort has shown a great deal of ambition and determination to achieve what they have today. Thank you to our staff for all they have done, and continue to do, to make our academy a success.”
