Summer 2014

In the final edition of the academic year, Wye School’s Principal, Janet Naylor, reflects on their experiences since opening in September 2013, we interview Ashford School’s Head, Mike Buchanan, in the new feature, Talking Heads, and feature the amazing photographic talents emerging from Midhurst Rother College. Also, Hull Collegiate Prep School host their annual Arts Festival, Glenmoor & Winton Academies welcome ‘Mocksted’ inspectors and we report on Sport Relief 2014 and BBC School Report.

Autumn/Winter 2013

The Autumn/Winter 2013 edition introduces the Group Mobile Learning Pathway, looks at how science is being studied across our schools, welcomes seven new schools to the Group and looks back at Surbiton High School's story. Also featured: Pupil Experiences, Sports, Overseas Links and Arts, Literature and Entertainment.

Spring 2013

The spring edition of our termly magazine showcases several new features including ‘A School’s Story’, ‘United Learning Alumni’ and ‘A Spotlight On…’, introducing you to a United Learning team each issue. This issue also has stories about the annual International High School Arts Festival, Kettering Buccleuch Academy’s brand new building, our annual group conference, and an introduction to our new teaching programme, United Teaching.

 





Autumn 2012 

This term’s Blue Skies is an Olympic special; read about our Young Game Makers, future athletes, and one student’s participation in the Opening Ceremony. Alongside this, this bumper edition features stories on Surbiton High’s Akenkan Project, musical celebrations at Sheffield and Southwark Cathedrals and one student’s trip of a lifetime to Tokyo, as well as insights into governance and school improvement from our Managing Directors.
